Knight Frank Wealth Report 2021: The Global Perspective on Prime Property & Investment

The Wealth Report is Knight Frank’s flagship thought-leadership publication compiled by their global research teams. The report has evolved since it was first published in 2007 to become a highly anticipated document that is considered vital reading for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) across the globe and their advisors.  The Wealth Report has more in common with leading editorial newsstand publications than traditional research reports. Detailed yet easy to read, its thoughtful design looks to engage and inform readers, rather than push products or services.

The backbone of The Wealth Report is the Annual Attitudes Survey, providing valuable insight on the trends, motivations, and attitudes of global UHNWIs. This helps to inform the exploration of issues that matter to UHNWIS, threats and opportunities for wealth creation and preservation, how this plays into investments and assets (including luxury items such as art and classic cars) and ultimately how this relates to property - both residential and commercial.

In The Wealth Report 2021 they analysed responses from more than 600 private bankers, wealth advisors and family offices across 50 countries and territories, representing combined wealth of more than US$3.3 trillion. They greatly appreciate every response and contribution and are always looking for more.

The survey should take just 10 minutes to complete and is available in multiple languages. As a thank you for taking part you will receive a breakdown of the results on a country-by-county basis, which is not published anywhere else. For those organisations that provide a sufficient number of responses, they can also provide benchmarking against the wider results – i.e. what your organisational responses are compared to the broader survey results.
