The East and Central African region, including the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi and Tanzania, is charting a new course for growth, underpinned by macroeconomic stability, regional integration and a strong commitment to sustainable development. As these economies strengthen their positions as some of Africa’s most dynamic markets, CRDB Bank, in partnership with Invest Africa, is convening a high-level roundtable during the World Bank Meetings in Washington, D.C.
The event will showcase the region’s evolving investment landscape and CRDB’s role as a leading financial partner enabling growth across key sectors such as agriculture, mining and infrastructure. CRDB will present its strategic direction, highlighting its project pipeline, long-term value creation and initiatives in innovation, regional expansion and sustainable banking. A moderated panel discussion will provide space for dialogue with investors, creating opportunities to share perspectives and foster partnership.
This occasion will also mark the signing of MoUs with leading institutions including Shelter Afrique and FinDev Canada.
Guided by the theme “Driving Growth, Unlocking Opportunities”, the Investor Breakfast will bring together government officials, DFIs, private sector leaders and global investors to explore profitable projects, understand the region’s business environment and engage with CRDB Bank as a trusted partner in advancing investment and sustainable growth across East and Central Africa.
