Amandine O. Deniel is Associate Vice President at Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms (Arise IIP), where she plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement. With over 15 years of experience within the Arise ecosystem and related organisations, she brings deep expertise in corporate affairs, government relations, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Prior to her current role, Amandine served as Deputy General Manager of Arise Group in Gabon, where she led corporate affairs, liaison, and government relations. In this capacity, she successfully managed high-level engagement with the Gabonese government, facilitating the delivery of key national development projects. She was instrumental in the conception and execution of flagship initiatives, including the development of Special Economic Zones (ZES), the Seed programme, port commissioning, the construction of a hydrocarbons depot, and the establishment of an Inland Container Depot (Dry Port).
Earlier in her career, she held the position of Deputy General Manager at Société Autoroutière du Gabon (SAG), a landmark project aimed at constructing the Transgabonaise highway, an 828-kilometre road connecting Libreville to Franceville. She also gained significant experience at Olam as Head of Marketing & Sales and Project Manager, and later at Gabon Special Economic Zone (GSEZ) as Head of Corporate Affairs.
Amandine began her professional journey as an Advisor to the Ministry of Economy, Business, Tourism and Industry in Gabon, where she served for two years, building a strong foundation in public policy and economic development.
More recently, she has been actively involved in the SOLEN project, focused on the development of solar energy infrastructure, further demonstrating her commitment to sustainable development initiatives.
She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance from Nova Southeastern University (2009).
Amandine's professional achievements have been recognised through multiple awards, including the "Best Employee of the Year Worldwide" and the "Positivity Award" at Olam in 2011. In 2022, she received the "Happy Chapie Award" in recognition of her positive influence and uplifting leadership style.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Amandine is the founder of the NGO Forgotten Angels, dedicated to supporting and improving the lives of orphans. She is married, a mother of two, and resides in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
