• Former U.S. diplomat with 14 years of experience leading on U.S. international economic policy engagements from the State Department and White House.  

• Most recently served as the U.S. government’s global infrastructure and investment envoy focused on securing western supply chains, U.S. market access and economic development opportunities in emerging markets.

• Prior to government service spent several years in the private sector managing board relations, institutional fundraising and program development for various trade associations and NGOs.

• Holds a B.A. in International Affairs and a MA in Public Administration and Energy Management from the George Washington University.
