Mohamed Sowe is Chief Executive Officer of Pee Cee Agriculture Ltd and Finance Director of Pee Cee Holding Ltd.

Mohamed is an economics graduate of Fourah Bay College and a qualified ACCA professional with a strong background in finance, education, and enterprise development. He began his career lecturing ACCA and CIMA modules in the UK before co-founding Stanfords Training Ltd, where he helped scale apprenticeship programmes and training delivery across the region.

Today, he leads major investment and agricultural expansion projects in Sierra Leone, including large-scale mechanised farming initiatives aimed at strengthening food security and reducing import dependence. He has also been instrumental in securing significant international financing, including IFC and Proparco-backed facilities supporting agriculture and industrial growth.

His experience across finance, agriculture, and investment-led development will bring valuable insight to discussions on building sustainable economic growth in Sierra Leone.
