Before assuming his current role, Rodrigo served as CEO of Mitrelli Angola, the company’s largest market, where he successfully led dozens of national-scale projects across critical sectors. These transformative initiatives significantly contributed to Angola’s economic growth and social advancement, reinforcing Mitrelli’s position as a trusted development partner. Rodrigo also led Mitrelli’s Urbanization Sector as CEO, positioning the company as a major player in affordable housing solutions. Under his leadership, Mitrelli delivered over 20,000 housing units, benefiting more than 1.5 million people and pioneering integrated urban communities that drive long-term social and economic progress.

Throughout his career, Rodrigo has excelled across various industries, including startups, IPOs, telecommunications, trade, and real estate. His leadership is defined by a commitment to integrity, innovation, excellence and sustainable impact, ensuring collective success in every venture. Rodrigo holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance, equipping him with the strategic expertise to navigate complex markets and drive large-scale, transformative initiatives.
