Tom Griffin, Partner, Control Risks

Tom leads Control Risks consulting business across the Middle East & Africa. He has considerable expertise in advising businesses as they embark on growth strategies across the region, helping them manage the challenges and complexities inherent with operating in Africa and the Middle East and providing support around reputational, operational & political risks, pre-market assessments, stakeholder mapping, due diligence and strategic business intelligence.

Prior to Control Risks, Tom was formerly a Vice President with International SOS in North America and before that enjoyed success working for the executive board on a number of international strategy assignments across the Group. Prior to this, Tom worked as a management consultant advising blue-chip clients on growth strategies & organisational re-structuring ad change projects across the world. Tom undertook further & executive education at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Aston University and the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Bordeaux.
