Harpal S. Randhawa qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross & Co in London. He also has a MBA from The City University Business School and qualified as a Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Tori has worked in business development in Africa since 1999, when she had responsibility for growing the market share of a London based FTSE listed financial training and services company in the region.  

Mr. Humphrey Nwugo has been Regional Chief Operating Officer for Southern Africa Regional Office at African Export-Import Bank (“Afreximbank’’) since February 2019.

Marc L. Holtzman is Chairman of BK Group and has been a member of the Board since 2009. Mr. Holtzman also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of CBZ Holdings Ltd, Zimbabwe’s largest financial services company.

Molebogeng Mazibuko works for Africa Finance Corporation as an Associate Vice President within the Investment Division. She is responsible for the mining related strategy and execution plan in the continent.

Shehzad is a Partner at Knight Frank’s and is responsible for developing the Healthcare & Education practice in ME&A. His core experience is to advise healthcare and education clients on market entry, operator & investor search, business model, strategy and transaction services.

Christo Roux is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. He is a member of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice and is based in Cape town.

Dr Kwasi Ampofo is a Metals and Mining Analyst at BloombergNEF based in London. His research covers battery metals, the digitalisation of the mining industry and renewable energy investments in emerging markets.

Hein assumed the position of General Manager in 2016.  He has direct responsibility for projects in development, construction and operations including taking the lead on Mainstream’s Africa initiatives late in 2016.   

Ignatius is the CEO of KPMG South Africa. He has over 22 years’ experience within the Financial Services industry, and has served on numerous positions as well as several board memberships in his career.

Mpumi is the CEO of Kumba Iron Ore Limited. She is on the Kumba Board as an executive director and Chairman of the operating entity, Sishen Iron Ore Company (Pty) Ltd. Mpumi started her career at De Beers in 2001 as a process engineer and worked in various leadership levels within production management.

Vincent Rouget heads Control Risks’ political and business risk analysis team for Sub-Saharan Africa, coordinating a team of country risk specialists based in six offices.

Eric is a geological engineer with 20 years’ experience in project and operations management for exploration mining, oil & gas and construction engineering.

Salim Hasham serves as President/CEO of KKM Healthcare International Ltd. a global health company headquartered  in USA with branches in Abu Dhabi, UK, and Kenya.  His primary focus is on emerging markets.

Victoria Mesquita Wlazlo counsels lenders and borrowers in the Middle East and Africa on complex, cross-border financing and capital markets transactions, including syndicated facilities, leveraged acquisitions, asset-based finance, private placements, and mezzanine financings, both on a conventional and Shari’a compliant basis.

Fola Fagbule is a banker and investment professional focused on infrastructure in Africa. He currently serves as Deputy Director and Head of Financial Advisory with overall responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and other technical advisory assignments at the AFC.

Rory Connor specialises in project development and finance in the energy sector, both in the UK and globally, with a focus on Africa.

Terence is responsible for all Aon operations in South Africa. Before his appointment as CEO Aon South Africa, he was the Chief Broking Officer for Aon. He joined Aon in June 2001 as a Broking Director in Aon United Kingdom, and in August 2011 he became Head of Casualty Aon Global.

Angela joined Aon in 2020 as Head of Aon South Africa’s Financial Services Group and has 22 years’ experience specialising in Professional indemnity, Commercial Crime and Cyber Liability. 

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the mining insurance industry and joined Aon as Global Mining Practice Leader in February 2016 from Bowring Marsh London where he headed up their Mining Practice between 2014 and 2016.
