Alasdair is a partner in AG's Finance team, with a deep understanding of the impact finance market. He has worked on a wide variety of blended financing structures over the past decade included senior, mezzanine, first loss, contingent capital, callable/convertible instruments, framework and risk participation structures and credit enhancement for an array of financial and development institutions including BII, the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), Standard Chartered, MUFG, Green Guarantee Company, SAFE, Nedbank, AGRI3, Spark+ Africa (Enabling Qapital), IFDK and Nithio and Acumen's Hardest to Reach Fund.
