Fiona is an award-winning marketing and communications professional with over 15 years’ experience across financial services, retail and the non-profit sector, with a strong focus on Africa.

She has led communications for one of Africa’s largest non-profit organisations, elevating the function to Board level and supporting executive leadership across multiple countries. Her senior roles also include strategic communications leadership at Liberty Holdings, one of Africa’s largest life insurers, and global internal communications for Diageo’s enterprise-wide transformation programme, engaging more than 12,000 employees worldwide.

Fiona specialises in strategic communications, media relations and leadership profiling. She works closely with CEOs and executive teams to strengthen reputation, engage stakeholders and support organisational change. She brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach, combining strategic insight with hands-on delivery to achieve measurable impact.
