Kumeshen Naidoo

Head of Debt Capital Markets | Absa Group

Kumeshen is a Managing Principal and leads the Absa Debt Capital Markets team in Absa. He has 21 years of investment banking experience. He joined the Debt Capital Markets team in 2016, after heading Absa’s Risk Solutions Group providing derivative risk management solutions for clients across Africa. Kumeshen started his career at Standard Bank in 2004 in Global Markets.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Natal (summa cum laude) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Advanced Mathematics of Finance from the University of Witwatersrand. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
