Nyasha has more than 25 years of industry experience in auditing, financing corporate transactions and infrastructure projects across multiple sectors including energy, mining, financial services, social housing and agriculture.  Her infrastructure development experience includes managing complex power and transport projects in Sub-Sahara Africa and European regions where she specialized in feasibility studies, project structuring, financial modelling, stakeholder engagement, project management and mergers and acquisitions.  In the last 15 years she has led teams in raising over US$2.5 billion in capital for energy projects across Africa. 

She has worked with various public utilities across Africa as well as corporates, private investors and developers.  Nyasha has a passion for mentorship and has been a mentor under the SAICA Mentorship Programme since 2022 and the Department of Electricity and Energy’s inaugural Women in Energy Empowerment Programme in 2025 to date.
