Deepa has over 22 years’ experience in corporate and commercial practice and has in depth knowledge in a number of legal areas, including mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross border), capital market transactions, BEE transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings with a particular focus on cross border M&A transactions into Africa.

Jee-A is a senior economist at Oxford Economics Africa. He began his career at COFCO International and also worked at Allan Gray.

Since January 2023 , she is The President of Glencore DRC  and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kamoto Copper Company-KCC(since July 2022) ,a joint venture between Gécamines ( 25%) and Glencore (75%) in the DRC.

Mr. Agung’ is the Director and Chief Economist at NCBA, a position he took up after serving as the Head of Treasury for CBA.

Timothy manages Control Risks’ West Africa business, with operations in ten countries and three offices across the region. He is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and specialises in the delivery of crisis management and incident response support.
