Fred Kabanda is the Manager, Extractives at the African Natural Resources Management and Investment Centre of the African Development Bank where he oversees the work streams in oil, gas and mineral sectors.

Gwendoline Abunaw is the Managing Director of Ecobank Cameroon, subsidiary of the leading Pan African banking group present in 35 countries in the Continent.

Deepa has over 22 years’ experience in corporate and commercial practice and has in depth knowledge in a number of legal areas, including mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross border), capital market transactions, BEE transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings with a particular focus on cross border M&A transactions into Africa.
